This position is part of the call center team, within the Operations Department, as the main contact for the company’s agents and customers. The team is responsible for handling all calls and emails from company policyholders seeking information or requiring service to their policies. The team is also responsible for the initial set up of all Auto, Property, BOP, Umbrella claim report calls, in person, or by electronic means. This position will handle all calls, live chats, and some in-coming emails from the company’s agents.
