That is why we are working hard as a company to get you what you want, which includes developing a new smartphone app to serve all of your insurance needs in one quick and convenient spot!
As Madison Mutual develops a new app, our current smartphone app will be discontinued. This will take effect 3/6/2021.
No need to worry!
As a policyholder, you will still have access to your policy 24/7 by going to our website portal.
All log in information for the current app will also work as log in for the portal.
Tip: If you run into any technical difficulties, you are able to create a new account or call MMIC’s Policy Services team at 800-766-MMIC for assistance.
For policyholders that use our smartphone app for their Roost devices, you will need to download the direct Roost app. Troubleshooting issues for your Roost device or app can be resolved by contacting the company directly.
